I believe everyone has the ability to change with adequate support. Life is made up of a series of moments. If we can learn to tolerate and find some peace in each moment, we become capable of "doing" life.

Gratitude Group
My gratitude groups are done virtually. They are 15 minutes long and are a way to express gratitude for the things in your life as a practice. Each group is free. We meet Tuesdays 7:45-8:00. I also bring my Gratitude Groups to organizations, events, and businesses to inspire appreciation, motivation, and connection.
