I have had the opportunity to work with all types of clients, helping them bring about change and understanding in their lives. I have been trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, as well as EMDR, and feel confident in the effectiveness in these and other treatments to reduce/eliminate many different types of symptoms.
