Most of the people I work with look like they're doing fine on the outside, but inside they're overwhelmed, anxious, burned out or feeling stuck. They may be professionals, parents, caregivers or people navigating relationship challenges, trauma or major life changes. I'm direct, practical and not afraid of hard conversations. Together we'll identify the patterns keeping you stuck, process what's been weighing you down and build tools that actually work in your daily life. My goal is to help you stop just surviving and start living with more confidence, clarity and authenticity. If you're ready for real change, I'd love to help.
My practice focuses on those who are dealing with anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, burnout and the stress that comes with life's biggest transitions. I work with people who are used to being the strong one—the helper, the fixer, the person everyone counts on—but are finally ready to focus on themselves. You don't have to keep doing it alone.
If you're tired of pretending you're okay when you're not, you don't have to do that here. You don't have to have it all figured out before you walk through the door. You're the expert on your life—I just bring a different perspective, ask the hard questions, and help you sort through what's keeping you stuck so you can move forward with confidence.

My background is in cognitive and trauma therapies, with a focus on helping people understand themselves vs judging themselves. We'll look at connections and figure out what's no longer working, and build practical strategies that help you move forward—not just feel better for an hour a week.
