If you're feeling stuck in your relationship—torn between staying and leaving, or unsure how to reconnect, maybe I can help. I specialize in working with individuals and couples who want to improve their relationships or are navigating uncertainty about their future together. For couples where one partner is leaning out and the other is leaning in, discernment counseling provides a short-term, focused space to explore whether to rebuild the relationship or move toward separation. This process isn't about fixing problems immediately; it's about understanding if they are solvable and deciding the best path forward together.
I offer marriage counseling, discernment counseling and individual counseling. Though I have a passion for couples work, I also work really well with individuals. I combine methods from Gottman Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. We'll work together to figure out a plan.
I’m not a ‘smile and nod’ therapist—unless it’s to say, ‘Yes, let’s actually deal with that.’ My style is direct, collaborative, and supportive. I’ll ask the hard questions, call out the patterns, and probably crack a dry joke or two along the way. Therapy with me is real, honest, and rooted in helping you grow—not just vent.
