About
*EMAIL IS PREFERRED CONTACT METHOD FOR FIRST TIME CLIENTS* I specialize in treating post-traumatic stress, anxiety disorders, and depression. My work is dedicated to helping people through stressful circumstances and changing self-defeating habits; also helping people to handle difficult transitions-divorce, grief, trauma, career and financial change. You may be stuck, but you are not broken. I whole-heartedly believe that we all have the capacity to liberate ourselves from unhealthy patterns, to heal, and to grow. I am deeply honored to help people on this journey.
With warmth, humor, and empathy, I support you in facing the difficulties in your life, and on to where you want your life to go. Joining with couples and families, my role is to help you resolve conflict, build communication, and develop healthy relationship patterns.
I am dedicated to evidence-based treatment: my work is centered in acceptance and commitment therapy, integrating mindfulness practice, the wider field of cognitive-behavioral techniques, family systems, and attachment processes. I have extensive experience working with uniformed service professionals in individual therapy, and as couples and families.
