Many individuals and families seek therapy when social, emotional, medical, or developmental challenges begin to impact overall wellbeing. Anxiety, life transitions, and parenting concerns can feel overwhelming, especially when it’s difficult to know where to begin. My work integrates cognitive behavioral and dialectical behavior approaches with attachment-based and strengths-based perspectives. Expressive arts techniques may be incorporated, particularly with adolescents, to support emotional expression and insight. Therapy is paced to each individual’s needs and tailored to support meaningful, lasting change.
I offer in-person therapy and Telehealth services for women, families, adolescents and young adults, with a focus on stress, navigating relationships, and understanding neurodivergence. My approach is collaborative and supportive, emphasizing understanding, skill-building, and emotional growth rather than quick fixes.
