I have decades worth of experience in grief, trauma, anxiety, and depression. I have had extensive training in working with the above. I am creative and encourage my clients to be creative in addressing their issues and finding solutions to the problems that bring them to my office
I understand the myriad issues and roadblocks that can come up For clients who have experienced traumas or complicated grief. I believe that these things can be part of life and do not have to prevent anybody from living their lives fully. I am a full participant in a client’s work as they move through the material that brings them to me.
