About
Finding yourself is a complex and ultimately rewarding journey affecting mind, body and soul. It requires listening to the sadness and confusion when life has become meaningless, depressing, anxiety ridden and overwhelming. Our potential lies in the unconscious with its knowledge. This can be revealed through the Jungian analytical approach aimed at the present distress as it opens to future development. There we discover unknown personality aspects, the limiting attitudes, complexes and patterns working no longer. Their transformation moves us into our more authentic self. From this comes joy, creativity and hope.
Jungian depth work brings attention to the unconscious through dreams, relationships, synchronicity, all exposing the meanings and symbols of life. From avoidance and repression doors shut. However, the disintegration of life as it was, inner union evolves. The process links the conscious and unconscious personality aspects to unfold into the authentic self.
Jungian psychology is a depth approach to life transitions and ages. Personality development comes by accessing the unconscious complexes and feelings. Loss and grief transforms into opportunity and reward. The process creates resilience, energy and fortitude. From diving beneath the surface of the psyche, former buried information enlivens conscious life.
