Finding the right counselor can be challenging. I specialize in counseling around grief and loss as well as life transitions. I work with adults and older adults. I offer "walk and talk" sessions as well as traditional office sessions for those near Lexington, VA. I also offer telehealth sessions to those in Virginia and Michigan.
I have a diverse range of experiences providing counseling in various settings. I've worked in hospice providing grief counseling as well as hospital settings such as spinal cord injury units and dialysis centers. I also have worked in domestic violence shelters and nursing homes.
