So many people wonder what happened to their life. They struggle with navigating relationships, question their gender identity, or are pressured at school or work, unsure of how to make it through the day. Moments like these can be overwhelming, but with guidance and support, many can not only survive but flourish.
I offer a safe space where clients learn skills to tackle challenges and build confidence. Before joining Life Light, I worked with youth and adults in counseling clinics and schools, including Gunn High School and Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. My experience with LGBTQ+ folx taught me how to support clients' strengths and explore their identities.
Shame or embarrassment can keep people from asking for help. If you are struggling and want support, please reach out. I hope that when my clients leave the office, they let go of always "performing" for others and be their authentic selves. They may even inspire others to grow.
