For the past 30 years I have specialize in HIV/AIDS, codependency, long term medical issues and severe complex trauma (PTSD and Dissociative Identity Disorder). I utilize E.M.D.R., psychodrama and very specific trauma healing techniques. I work best with those who are willing to explore, evaluate and try new ways of looking at themselves, their past and their future. I am open, honest and friendly.
Finding one's voice, working with various aspects of one's self, and realizing ways of being that no longer suit you, is the central focus of my practice. I see client's individually in person and via the internet when appropriate. I utilize many techniques and resources to assist you in helping yourself through Action to find your way in the world.
In addition to a long standing varied practice, I am certified by the International Society for the Study of Trauma and Dissociation. As a member of ISSTD for 13 years, I have attended classes and conferences throughout the years to learn, share and explore the latest research and techniques available.
