Susan uses a therapeutic and eclectic approach, seeking to help individuals overcome personal challenges. Susan provides a safe and non-judgmental space for growth and change. Susan believes in the ability of individuals to make changes in their life, through exploration and relationship. Susan attended Loyola University of Chicago and continues to live in Chicago. Susan utilizes a variety of clinical approaches in her practice. Among these are Family Systems. Cognitive Behavioral and Solution Focused. The approach is designed to fit the individual's needs.
Susan has a varied background of clinical experience. Areas of focus include anxiety, depression, relationship issues, PTSD, trauma, family of origin issues, addiction, and life planning. Susan utilizes an environment that is safe and non-judgmental. Susan believes in open and honest communication and empowering her clients for personal growth.
I have been in the helping profession for 32 years. I knew at an early age that I wanted to help others and pursued that path with intensity. Being a therapist allows me to help others grow and change, through relationships.
