About
My name is Dr. Susan D'Ambrosio and I primarily treat adults with mood and anxiety disorders, in addition to relationship problems. I also treat adolescents in my practice. My approach to treatment is collaborative and I help patients work toward goals they would like to achieve. Sessions are 45 minutes long and the frequency is determined based on what the patient needs. My approach to treatment is eclectic, i.e. I suit the intervention to what is appropriate for each individual patient.
Other areas of specialty include the following: trauma, grief, personality disorders, and self-esteem.
I have been licensed since 2003 and have seen the breadth of psychiatric problems that individuals experience on both an inpatient and outpatient basis.
