My clients are welcomed into a safe and positive environment designed to foster personal growth. I believe my role is that of a supportive guide for individuals seeking new ways to meet their challenges and gain a better understanding of self. As we navigate this journey together, I use cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness techniques to achieve client goals. Typically clients are seeking to reduce stress, minimize conflict and improve communication in their family and/or workplace. I counsel individuals and couples. I also offer topic specific support groups (Menopause Journey and Navigating Separation & Divorce for Women).

Clients include the following: (1) women and men struggling with separation/divorce and blended families, (2) women transitioning through perimenopause/menopause, (3) individuals affected by substance abuse issues in loved ones, (4) adolescent girls age 15+ navigating self esteem issues related to peer relationships, blended families & divorce/separation

I offer additional services as a Divorce Coach. After years of assisting clients through this complicated process, I have acquired insights that save time, money and emotional distress. I work with individuals or couples looking for guidance (e.g., finding lawyers, financial planners, Realtors and mediators) while leading them through this major life change.

Navigating Separation and Divorce for Women

This group is designed to support women through this major life transition. These experiences can feel overwhelming and isolating. You don’t have to be on this journey alone. Join a safe, healing and supportive space where women can share feelings of loss, grief, anger and uncertainty. Together we explore the challenges of co-parenting, negotiating with a former partner, and navigating changing roles. This group offers practical support and meaningful connection to help you move forward wherever you are in the process. Group meets every other week for six sessions.
