Recovery After the Call is a voluntary, ongoing process group for first responders seeking a supportive space to process the emotional and psychological impact of their work. This trauma-informed group offers a confidential, non-judgmental environment to explore cumulative stress, critical incidents, and the challenges that can follow difficult calls. Participants are supported in sharing experiences, increasing self-awareness, and developing healthier ways to cope with trauma and operational stress while honoring the unique culture and demands of first responder roles.
