As a licensed therapist (LMFT), I offer a non-judgmental, safe space for children, teens, and adults to foster self-acceptance, healthy boundaries, personal growth, and well-being. My goal is to empower you to navigate challenges such as stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, communication patterns, grief, and life transitions. With over eight years in schools as a counseling professional, I understand the myriad challenges for youth and their families, and I deeply respect and appreciate diverse ethnicities, spiritualities, orientations, and identities.

I support clients using an integrative, strengths-based approach to meet each person’s needs. Rooted in attachment and family systems theories, I draw upon evidence-based modalities such as DBT, CBT, mindfulness and others, infused with a sense of groundedness and humor.

Having lived in France, Spain, and Cuba, I speak Spanish and French, and of course I learned to dance salsa in Cuba! I also enjoy the beach, outdoors, biking, hiking, and relaxing with my daughter and our pets. - I look forward to working with you for either in-person (San Jose, CA) or telehealth therapy (California) appointments.
