For over 25 years I have called upon my educational and experiential background to provide skilled assistance to clients, who long to break out of ongoing cycles of anxious, sad or angry thoughts, feelings and even behaviors. Through a focus on each client's potential, recovery is possible for even the deepest psychological wounds.
I use my knowledge of the power of Present Moment Awareness and of Connection to Self to design a healing plan unique to each client or couple. I am skilled in the use of Mindfulness Meditation in addition to various clinical modalities to help clients regain their equilibrium and begin to move toward their ultimate goals.
