For others, help is needed to cope with challenges that come up such as family conflict, parenting stress, grief and loss, feeling "stuck", or anxious. Through therapy, you will find a safe and supportive environment where you can explore the issues troubling you, and grow in your ability to address these issues.
My therapeutic style is friendly, warm, and empathetic. Clients feel understood and supported, yet also challenged to learn and grow. Together, clients work with me to set goals for therapy and stay on track to reach those goals. I am an integrative therapist, which means I use more than one way/theory/model to help my clients achieve their goals.
