About
**Currently taking new clients** I believe that everyone has the ability and strength to make the changes they desire in their life. Some people need a place to explore how to do this, and this is where I can help. I see my role in the therapeutic process as providing a non-judgmental space to help clients clarify what changes they want to pursue, and guide them as they find their own strength and self-determination to make those changes. I use a client-centered approach with some CBT techniques. I have a degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and am a member of the ACA, following their Code of Ethics.
Thank you for taking the time to visit my page. I am invested in your growth and development. As a counselor, I look forward to learning about you, your likes, and the things you are struggling with, then working with you to overcome these challenges. If you feel like I would be a good match, reach out. I would be happy to chat with you about how I can help.
