Sometimes clients are focused on a particular problem or decision, other clients want help identifying and combating old assumptions or unhealthy patterns of behavior that may be getting in their way.
I'd use my training in psychodynamic, family-of-origin and cognitive behavioral therapies to help you gain insight and tools for change. My 25+ years of experience also includes empirically-supported therapy for depression, anxiety, family of origin issues and personality disorders.
