I am once again accepting new clients. I am My name is Susan Chase & I have been working with parents, children & adults for more than 30 years. Winnie, my hypoallergenic therapy dog. She brings joy to people of all ages. I am a Counselor, M.Ed. a Certified Life Coach, CLC and a Certified Parent Coach, CPC. I help with anxiety, ADHD, parenting & life coaching. Before becoming a counselor in private practice, I taught children, adolescents, teens and college students. I help with academic stress & organization skills. We may communicate through drawing, painting, games & bibliotherapy that round out the counseling process.
My job is to guide you to happiness & peace. If you feel crummy, it is hard to see the light of day. Often our sadness & insecurity take over the rational brain. We have the answers within us, so let me help you sort them out. "If you can name it, you can tame it." Whether it is parenting or personal issues, I can help.
Taking the first step into counseling can be a scary one. I applaud you for considering this path. My job is to make you feel comfortable, safe & heard.
