I utilize a blend of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness and others which can be combined to help the client apply personalized strategies toward their own mental wellness.
I have worked with adults, couples, and teens. I have extensive experience working with teens at risk for suicide, survivors of domestic violence and sexual abuse, grief and loss. A recent focus is Somatic Experiencing and Buddhist-based psychology. Grief and loss of a spouse has been a recent experience.
