I work closely with women navigating the painful and complex dynamics of abusive relationships, whether you’re currently in one, preparing to leave, or healing from past experiences, including childhood abuse.
I also work within the neurodivergent community, supporting both children and adults, with a particular focus on ADHD and autism. My approach is compassionate and collaborative, honoring your unique way of thinking, feeling, and being in the world.
