My ideal client is the person or individual struggling with the pain of depression or anxiety or challenging relationships. I also am honored to walk with people that are exploring personal growth, greater self knowledge, and the meaning and purpose in their lives. I want a client who will be a partner in this process and allow me to co-create a safe enough place in our work together that we can fully explore their journey. This process will be characterized by safety, compassion, and peace as we move toward discovering the truth that is already within them.

More details about my services and philosophies can be found on my website. Please drop in for a visit.

In addition to doing therapy I am a Collaborative Law Divorce Coach. This is the "kinder and gentler" approach to divorce that uses a team of specially trained and certified professionals to include lawyers, mental health professionals, and financial neutrals.
