I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with 47 years of experience in outpatient behavioral health clinics and inpatient psychiatric hospitals, providing individual, family, and group therapy for children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. I specialize in helping people heal from trauma, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and low self-esteem. I empower clients to shift negative thought patterns and behaviors by reprogramming the mind, guiding them toward meaningful and lasting change.
I earned my Master’s in Social Work at Louisiana State University and apply my advanced training in EMDR and energy psychology to support healing and growth. I work collaboratively with clients of all ages, creating a compassionate, trusting environment where individuals feel safe to explore and overcome emotional pain, develop resilience, and thrive.
Many people silently carry emotional pain from past trauma or life experiences. I help clients recognize and heal from these wounds through evidence-based, compassionate care.
