I work with clients dealing with a variety of concerns who are in need of support emotionally and/or trying to solve problems and decide what directions to take in their lives.
I have a strong background in women's mental health and recovery issues and also grief and loss. I also have strong experience in assisting clients with life challenges and transitions and enjoy working with older clients. We all need someone to talk to, I believe.
Life is my primary teacher and I have learned a great deal from other people, personally and professionalIy. I love to learn and draw on many teachings and experiences to help clients become more conscious and find more meaning, fulfillment and peace. My work is holistic, addressing mental, emotional, physical and spiritual aspects.
