When your child is struggling, your whole family suffers. Kids show their emotional turmoil through their behavior, but they can't always tell you what's really wrong. My job is to help you and them get to the root of the problem, and to help come up with solutions that get you and your child back to enjoying family life again. When you've tried everything, or feel like your child just isn't listening, I'm here to help.
After decades of working in large clinics, I opened Children's Counseling and Assessment as a small, client-focused practice that allows me to truly focus on the needs of each client and family. My therapy combines the expertise of multi-disciplinary work with the commitment and attention of a dedicated professional.
My primary focus is childhood anxiety and behavioral issues, and I'm available to answer any questions or concerns you may have about your child's behavior and emotions. I look forward to talking with you.

Social Skills for Kids
We have fun together, and at the same time work on how to start conversations, how to read what other kids may be feeling, and how to respect personal space and other people. Kids learn concrete skills and get lots of practice interacting with kids their own age in a positive, healthy manner.
