Hello, I'm Susan Bramer, LCSW. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida and have over 20 years of experience in the field. I work with adults, couples and teens on a wide variety of issues including depression, anxiety, women's issues, couple's issues and a wide variety of other areas. I have a warm, friendly approach, and understand that it is important to find a therapist you can feel comfortable with, and trust. My approach to therapy is a person-centered and collaborative approach that utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
I have primarily worked with clients who present with depression and anxiety, grief, and couples' issues. I am a warm, non-judgmental person who understands the importance of making clients feel comfortable, heard, and safe. I use a person-centered, collaborative approach.
I feel it is most important to make clients feel comfortable, safe, and heard. The first sessions are about beginning to build a therapeutic relationship and starting the assessment process to determine what issues the client would most like to address.
