My approach to therapy is to work side by side with you to support and create a plan to cope with life’s struggles and get you where you want to go. Using humanistic therapy, we will focus on your strengths and positive aspects to build your sense of self and to develop individualized coping strategies that help you confidently deal with life transitions.
I am a licensed mental health counselor with a master’s degree in psychology from the University of Massachusetts, Boston and a certification in alcohol and drug counseling. I specialize in guiding and supporting young adults, couples, and individuals who are working through anxiety, depression, self-esteem and self-confidence issues, relationship challenges
