I am passionate about helping individuals realize their potential in life. Being emotionally stuck can inhibit the opportunity for growth and for experiencing all that life can offer. Our view of ourselves can impact how we function in life. It can also affect how we interact relationally. Stress and anxiety as well as depression can develop from distortions in our thinking. These are all issues that can be overcome, resulting in a fulfilling and peaceful existence.
Unpacking an individual's life history and realizing how all life experiences impact our view of ourselves, the solution to an individual's struggles can become clear. This is mainly done through talk therapy and various non-threatening interventions.
I offer an environment of empathy and honesty to all clients. My own journey through emotional healing has come about through the wisdom and kindness of wise counselors. I desire to offer the same environment to my clients.
