I am a New York State licensed clinical social worker trained to work with adolescents, adults, and couples. I work with clients who seek assistance with a broad range of emotional or psychological concerns; such as depression, anxiety/panic, ADHD, OCD, PTSD, relationship difficulties, social anxiety, and health-related issues. My goal is to assist clients in psychological resilience and work toward a return to pre-crisis status.

My approach is to blend current research with standard theory and provide practical insight to adjust behavior patterns that no longer work for individuals and/or couples.
