Life is hard. You might be struggling with depression, anxiety, relationships, PTSD or just the everyday life stressors of maintaining a work life balance. I'm here not only to offer you hope, but I can teach you how to tap into your own ability to heal. We are all born with a core essence of goodness; our true Self. When we learn how to nurture our innate qualities of compassion, confidence, clarity, curiosity, courage, creativity, connectedness and calm, it is then when we can truly heal. You may have lost some of these qualities of Self along the way, but I can help you rediscover them through my client centered approach.
As a trauma informed Certified EMDR therapist I also incorporate CBT, Polyvagal theory, DBT, IFS and somatic strategies into our sessions. EMDR is an evidence based modality effective in treating a wide variety of issues; PTSD, attachment issues, anxiety, depressive disorders and grief. As an MFT my focus is individual adults and I do not work with couples.
