As a Certified EFT Couples Therapist, Level 2 Gottman Therapist, and Certified Clinical Trauma Therapist, I specialize in relationship healing, trauma recovery, anxiety, depression, and life transitions, utilizing EFT, ACT, IFS, CBT, MBCBT, and Schema Therapy. I work with couples, adults, and teens and am LGBTQ affirming.
