Are you feeling lost in life or in your relationship? My work with couples and individuals is about helping to make sense of what is happening on a deeper level. It may be that you feel anxious, angry or depressed too often. Or you might find yourself acting in ways that hurt instead of help. As we begin to understand what is behind all of this a process gets set in motion. I stay with your through this process as an insightful, empathic and supportive partner.
I often hear that I'm easy to open up to. I believe that the strongest tool we have to help you through the rough times will be the quality of our relationship. The strengths I will bring to our relationship include curiosity, intelligence, depth, kindness and empathy.
I know it can be easy to put off getting help. Sometimes it can even be hard to believe there is help, or to feel like you know how to go about finding the right person.
