I am a psychotherapist with a holistic and spiritual approach to counseling and coaching; I offer teletherapy services for the treatment of anxiety, depression, women's issues, self esteem, life transitions, with an emphasis on the role of spirituality in healing. My style is warm, supportive, and focuses in on your strengths to empower you to live your best life.
Teletherapy for adults with anxiety and depression, family/life stress, life transitions, ADHD, women's issues/ empowerment/self esteem. CBT, Person Centered, TF-CBT, EMDR. Teletherapy Services. Psychotherapeutic Reiki. Support with coping with social distancing, isolation/self quarantine, managing emotions during this time of change and uncertainty.
