I am here for you, as an experienced therapist who specializes in counseling individuals, couples, and adolescents. Using a holistic approach, my goal is to create a caring and safe environment, where you can feel empowered to reach your personal goals. 1) I am highly trained in helping adults and adolescents let go of anxiety using CBT and mindfulness strategies. 2) Another specialty is guiding trauma and PTSD survivors in their personal journey towards healing and reclaiming their life using holistic breathwork and somatic strategies based on polyvagal theory and yoga. 3) My practice is also neurodiversity affirming.
4) As an expert couples therapist, I help partners break negative patterns of relationship and give them the tools to develop more positive ones. I will show you how to increase intimacy by using effective communication and relationship skills, and how to set goals so you both feel empowered to build the relationship you always envisioned.
