I use an integrated counseling approach that combines Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) with Person Centered Counseling. Our therapeutic relationship is based on unconditional positive regard, empathy and congruence. At Motivations Counseling, we provide a safe, confidential place to explore how you can achieve a more meaningful life.
Our practice provide psychotherapy and EMDR therapy for individuals, couples, teens & families in Sugar Land, Katy, Houston and surrounding areas. I am also a board-certified LPC Supervisor. On a personal note, I've been married for over thirty-six years and am a mother of two adults. I'm a long-time Houstonian (over forty years).
