I believe that through a respectful therapeutic relationship you will be able to explore beliefs that limit your life, and ultimately you will be able to choose, with awareness, how you want to be in the world.
I work with adults and couples with relationship issues that shift in response to individual growth, aging, trauma, and life transitions. I am trained through Level 3 in EMDR, a protocol with proven efficacy in the treatment of trauma. Integrated EMDR has yielded positive results in the treatment of migraines.
