Who I Work With:
I work with individuals and couples who want to understand how early relationship experiences continue to shape their adult relationships. My work is grounded in relationship recovery principles, with an emphasis on self-reflection, emotional awareness, and changing long-standing relational patterns.
My Role:
I serve as a Relationship Recovery Facilitator, offering structured, reflective conversations designed to help people better understand themselves in relationship to others. This work is insight-oriented and experiential, focusing on awareness, personal responsibility, and relational growth.
I have decades of study and practice in relationship-focused, trauma-informed work, including extensive training in the Relationship Recovery Process (RRP) model developed by Amanda Curtin and Patrick Teahan. I work with individuals, couples and groups, examining formative relationship patterns and how those patterns continue to influence their lives today.
Relationship Recovery Process group and individual work is reflective and educational in nature. Participation requires emotional stability, the ability to self-reflect, and an understanding that this work is not geared toward diagnosis or treatment of mental illness. It does not replace psychotherapy or crisis support.

Groups
Relationship Recovery Process (RRP) 6 month group
The Relationship Recovery Process (RRP) 6 month group is structured around a therapeutic modality that addresses the effects of childhood trauma in the family of origin. RRP is unique in that it meets the needs for individuals struggling with trauma from the family of origin and incorporating that into group work, experiential therapy, and inner child work. Each participant works within the group on separating themselves from the beliefs instilled by their own dysfunctional family. The six-month group is considered a beginning step to understanding family-based childhood trauma.
