There are times when we are stuck and need help with the challenges of life. I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 25 years of experience helping individuals, families and couples create an environment in which they can improve communication, solve problems and move forward in their lives.
I have advanced training in multigenerational family therapy, emotionally focused couples therapy and trauma treatment. I have extensive experience helping families deal with a range of issues including depression, chronic illness, alcohol and drug dependency, intergenerational trauma, toxic family members, sexual abuse and suicidality.
By offering teletherapy sessions I can easily accommodate individual schedules and eliminate time spent commuting. In addition, I can connect family members in different locations and time zones. I am licensed in both Florida and New Jersey.
