I partner with my clients as they set and achieve goals of personal and relational vibrancy, and a restored sense of spiritual wholeness. The counseling relationship can be a source of healing; I journey with individuals and couples in a sensitive, empathetic, non-judgmental manner. I offer clarity with a caring and empowering approach to the counseling process. I use Emotion-Focused Therapy for both couples and individuals. I use mindfulness, guided imagery, and self-compassion to help clients establish a sense of calm; they can use this whenever anxiety threatens to overwhelm.
