Hello! If you are struggling, feeling hopeless, lonely, seeking support, ways to cope, or just needing a non-judgmental ear to listen, call me. Asking for help takes courage. Don’t dismiss it. It says a lot about you. I am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) based in Northwest Indiana and hold a license in clinical professional counseling (LCPC) in Illinois, as well. I received a master’s degree in counseling from Purdue University Northwest and have been providing counseling services for over 22 years. We all have times in our life where we need more kindness, understanding, and support, if you are THERE, I am HERE.

I have found we all struggle, one time or another, from depression, low self-esteem, trauma, stress, anxiety, relationships, grief/loss. I can offer you hope for a happier and healthier you.
