I take an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from EMDR, parts work, and Somatic Experiencing to help strengthen the connection between mind and body, so we can more effectively ease distress and discomfort. Through an attachment-based lens, I will work closely with you to provide the right balance of support and challenge—without overwhelm.
