When we experience trauma it can effect all aspects of our lives, our psychological, emotional and physical well-being can all be compromised. Trauma related issues include: physical pain, anxiety, depression, sleep disturbance, anger, substance abuse, procrastination and avoidance behaviors. These issues can be present even if the trauma occurred in our pre-verbal years. Talk therapy alone even when paired with medication is often not enough to provide the true relief and healing we seek and deserve. This is why I incorporate Emotional Freedom Techniques into my practice.
Emotional; Freedom Techniques (EFT) also known as "Tapping" is a technique that integrates Ancient Eastern Medicine with Modern Western Psychology. It combines Acupuncture (without needles), Qigong, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Aversion Therapy and Kinesiology. It is a remarkable self-help skill that is a highly effective and gentle tool.
Each of us has a story that is unique, complicated and inspiring. It is always an honor when someone choses to trust their story with me .I am dedicated to providing you with a safe, open-hearted and solution focused experience. I offer tele-health sessions.
