Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered, Motivational Interviewing, Confrontation Therapy & Reality Based treatment modalities are utilized during treatment. However, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is my specialty. TFCBT is an evidence-based psychotherapy that addresses the needs of children & adolescents with traumatic life events.
