I often say: “I am a mentor by nature and a therapist by profession.” Through my personal journey, education, and professional experience, I realized how powerful it is to bridge the gap between mentoring and counseling. That realization inspired me to create this clinical platform to better serve our community.
I specialize in helping individuals heal from trauma. STB use a trauma-focused curriculum designed to support children, teens, and adults who have experienced difficult or painful life events. Our approach is unorthodox but it has proven to help support consumers who have symptoms and have lived traumatic experiences. Healing is possible!
We are all Surviving The Battle, and we are all Battling For Change. With the right support, every individual has the ability to reach their highest potential. Please feel free to send an email or contact us by phone to schedule an appointment. Ideally we try to return all emails, calls and texts within 24-48 hours.
