I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas. As a School Counselor and Professional Counselor, I have refined my skills in working with adolescents and adults from diverse backgrounds. I have over seventeen years working with high school students and adults. I have worked with individuals with anxiety, grief, depression, suicidal thoughts, low self-esteem, lack of motivation, and trauma.
My therapeutic style is future-focused, goal-directed and focuses on solutions rather than on problems. Together we will work on solutions. My approach is collaborative, in order to achieve change. As a therapist/counselor, I am open and you can tell me anything in a non-judgmental environment. If you want to feel understood and hear the truth, I am here.
