Since 2010, I have been treating adolescents and young adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, loss, adjustment issues and relationship difficulties. I take an individualized approach, guiding each client to discover and utilize her strengths and internal resources in the healing process. I assist my clients in identifying and overcoming their own barriers to being happier and calmer. I also use a skills-based approach to provide my clients with new resources to help them more effectively navigate daily life and relationships.
I work to help develop essential skills including coping and communication skills, emotional regulation, conflict resolution, body positivity, and self-awareness. I am trained in various models of therapy such as cognitive behavioral therapy, somatic intervention, internal family systems, motivational interviewing and solution-focused therapy.
I recognize that there is no one-size-fits all approach to emotional health. My individualized approach is designed to make sure that you feel comfortable at all times.
