Group Therapy for Anxiety and/or Depression
Learn coping skills that will help you deal with symptoms of anxiety that prevent you from living a meaningful life. In this group you will learn (1) identify different types of negative thoughts patterns; (2) identify and challenge core beliefs, biases, anxious and demeaning thoughts; (3) monitor and improve sleep, low mood, and lack of motivation; (4) learn grounding and coping skills for anxiety; (5) learn behavioral activation and self-regulation techniques to improve symptoms of depression (6) learn to set boundaries and communication skills to increase relationships; and (7) follow up support groups for managing anxiety and depression.

Coping Skills Groups- Online Meeting
The Coping Skills Group is an online Cognitive Behavioral Psychoeducational group to guide clients in identifying thoughts and behaviors that keep them stuck. Participants will also learn and practice coping skills to help them manage stressful situations adaptively and healthily. It is a 12 weeks group that will meet once a week to introduce and discuss a topic/skill. The focus of the sessions will be self-exploration, increasing healthy habits, learning emotional regulation, and increasing social support. It will be a small group to guarantee participation and growth.

Grupo para Manejar Ansiedad y Depression- Online
Grupo educativo para guiarlo a identificar pensamientos y comportamientos que le mantienen estancados y enfrentando síntomas de depresión y ansiedad. En este grupo usted también aprenderá y practicará habilidades de afrontamiento para ayudarlos a manejar situaciones estresantes de manera adaptativa y saludable. El grupo está diseñado para durar 12 semanas y se reunirá una vez por semana para presentar y discutir un tema o destreza. El enfoque de las sesiones será la autoexploración, el aumento de hábitos saludables, el aprendizaje de la regulación emocional y el aumento del apoyo social.
