Our mission is to provide more accessible services to underserved clients, particularly in the LGBTQIA+ community, folx with neurodivergence, racial and ethnic minorities, and for other underserved populations who lack access to in-person services, or lack access to counselors competent in these areas due to living in areas that are smaller, more rural, or more conservative.
Our services are 100% virtual and you can see one of our therapists from the comfort and safety of your own home.
We believe that you are the expert of your own life, and we believe that therapy is a joint process that we can navigate together.

We are here to help you develop the tools and understanding needed to create the life you want and meet your goals. Our mission is to provide more accessible services to underserved clients. Our counselors can help with a variety of different concerns, such as struggles related to Anxiety, ADHD, Autism, Depression, OCD, trauma, chronic illness, sexual orientation and/or gender identity exploration, and more. I probably don’t need to tell you we’re living in a racist, sexist, heteronormative, capitalist dystopian nightmare in a slow and painful collapse. It’s hard to cope with that knowledge while dealing with day-to-day nonsense, on top of reliving past trauma on a regular basis. It’s a lot and it’s heavy and it sucks. Some people turn to substances and other vices to cope.

As an neurodivergent person I bring awareness of how it is to live and exist within a world that does not inherently understand who we are as those that are under the neurodivergent umbrella. People I work well with are: neurodiverse, LGBTQIA2+, bodies at every size, generational trauma, holistically minded, and social justice minded. My clinical practice is informed by psychotherapy, Brainspotting (level 2 trained), somatic, IFS, and mindfulness approaches. As a Reiki Master and someone that is familiar with alternative medicine approaches I can help introduce you to alternative healing paths as well.
