We are a small, local private group practice established in 2023, open to treating individuals, couples, families, and children with mental health concerns. Our goal is to help individuals and families overcome their struggles with any mental health challenges. Our practice is trauma-informed and LGBTQIA+-affirming. We strive to create a safe space for everyone who walks through our doors. Many of our counselors are associate-level practitioners who are supervised directly by Dr. Julie Chapin, PhD, HSPP. See their individual Psychology Today pages for more info or send an inquiry here to be put on the general waitlist.
As a practice, we specialize in treating trauma, regardless how it presents. Many of our counselors are trained in EMDR and/or DBT. Beyond that however, each counselor has their own approach, so we are able to offer a wide range of evidence-based treatment styles. We also offer a weekly DBT group skills class for any clients who may benefit from it.
If you are struggling and need assistance, please don't hesitate to call us. Our intake coordinator will do their best to help get you scheduled. Please note that Dr. Chapin is not taking on new clients at this time. However, we have many other clinicians who work under her direct supervision who would be happy to help you heal.
