Amy Barker D'Alessandro, Adoption and Trauma Therapist, offers specialized counseling, coaching, consulting, supervision, and public speaking services. Amy holds a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology, is a fully licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington state, and is trained in Relational Psychotherapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Attachment Focused Therapy, Filial Play Therapy, and Sand Tray Therapy. She currently works with individuals of all ages, families of all kinds, general counseling clients, and several monthly groups, ongoing retreats, and events.

My training is in systems therapy, which examines the many facets of our lives interact. In therapy, we often look at how surrounding relationships and past experiences effect our current beliefs and values. If emotions and mood are difficult to manage, or there is difficulty adjusting to developmental and life stage changes, I offer support and tools to work through this. These challenges often arise for young adults, new mothers, managing intimate relationships and employment transitions. Too often, grief and loss bring up painful struggles for individuals and families. Therapy can be helpful in these most challenging times.

I have experience working with everything from situational depression and anxiety to alcoholism/addiction, to more severe cases of chronic mental illness. I work as a collaborator with clients seeking to become their best possible selves in the midst of the various setbacks and stressors that modern life confronts us with. Offering clinical supervision. I support adults working on resolving traumatic stress, attachment in relationships, developing new core beliefs and sustainable ways of being and growing that are honoring of Self. I work with many artists and writers. Many of my clients are neurodivergent. My clients know what they need and are ready to do the work. IFS, EMDR, Safe and Sound Protocol, Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy and integration work in partnership with Journey Clinical. I also see ADOPTED adults as well as some kids/families for issues of attachment, trauma, related emotional dysregulation, identity and separation issues.

I provide psychotherapy and counseling services to adults, adolescents, and couples. In the framework of authentic therapeutic dialogue and connection, I honor the strengths and uniqueness of each client in the context of their life experience, and work to support them in creating the change they seek. My approach is client centered and flexible to best meet the needs of each client and their particular situation while being largely informed by an integration of Gestalt and mindfulness, as well as humanistic and attachment perspectives.

My name is Becky Daughtry and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Washington. I have been providing psychotherapy to adults, youth, families and children in a variety of outpatient and inpatient settings over the past 30 years. Everyone has their own story waiting to be told. My hope is to create safe space where you can lean into your own story to create meaning and joy. I have been treating clients and couples for two decades. I specialized in bi-polar and other mood disorders before becoming a certified multiple addictions, sex addiction therapist and couple's counselor. I was certified by the International Institute for Trauma and Addiction Professionals with Patrick Carnes in 2008. I treat those who suffer from mood, sexual addiction/compulsion issues, I treat spouses/partners who have betrayal trauma and help couples find their way back to each other. I am able to offer insight, compassion, levity and support. I do not treat sex offenders. I am not certified in sex offender treatment

I am a relational psychotherapist primarily working with adults and older adolescents. My work predominantly revolves around establishing and sustaining a safe and secure place for you to work with your fears and desires. As a child and family therapist I work with tweens, teens and young adults (11-25 yr. old) and caregivers. Being young can be fun and also sometimes stressful, confusing, and painful. I work with young people experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD, emotional dysregulation and distress, and relationship challenges. I also love to work with parents. As parents, whether our child is or is not willing to get therapeutic support, doing our own work to care effectively can have invaluable impact in our children's lives. I help parents to better understand their child, support regulation, and model effective skills.

I know life is complicated and you would not be seeking therapy if you were not in one of those complicated moments in life, whether it be about a relationship with your spouse, your child or simply with yourself. My goal is to help you find a way to navigate those muddy waters and to make life not quite so rocky. I personally have a passion for parents and kids. I have worked in the field of child welfare and adoption and have seen the impact trauma has on the young and the old. I recognize how early childhood trauma impacts an individual throughout their life and impacts all relationships.
